King Crab and Lobster
« Reply #-1 on: June 15, 2013, 08:46:14 PM »
Put a big pot of water on to simmer. Do not boil. Frozen King Crab in to heat.

Three 6 oz Canadian Lobster Tails.

Split down the middle. Pull meat from shell but leave attached.

Add some clarified butter under meat.

More on top add spice onto the Mak at 350

Cook till 150-160 it. All done.

Pull the Crab legs out of the water.

Let’s plate. A Baked spud with butter and sour cream.. Some drawn butter and we are golden!

Enjoy!

Yes... And my wife took the one of me putting the butter between the shell. Both of us couldnt believe she could take that good of picture. For never having used the camera before and on total auto mode I am impressed.

Beautiful pics from the new camera Rick!!! I am envious! I know you have a macro (close up) mode try it even though your ones on auto were very sharp. With your cooks and that camera we should be seeing some great pics! Don

There is nothing better than lobster on the grill. The first time I had them was in a small posada in Brazil - we ate ourselves silly. Yours look fantastic. What a great cook and great pics with the new camera. Very nice. Thanks for sharing them!
