Leftover Tri-Tip? No Problem......PICTURES FIXED.....( brain fart )
« Reply #-1 on: June 03, 2012, 09:35:33 PM »
Gottat start with the basics....
Note...this was actually a "tri-tip" steak" from my local grocer - not a true tri-tip....really a glorified sirloin steak - but it came out pretty good

Then..top it off with left - over Tri-Tip - sliced thin, and warmed in a pan with all of the juice from it.

Now - gotta have somethin' else with it....

And a King Size Sundae for dessert.......

Now...where did I put that Gas-X...? ;D

Actually there are no images since this is obviously a fantasy cook.  No one ever has leftover tri-tip.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion
