Days Off Cooks

Well I really wanted to do a small Pork Loin in my TBE today but Mother Nature Had another idea...a freaking sideways thunderstorm...that is living in the south at this time of year. Oh well into the oven it went.
Coated with Phil's Original Seasoning.

Got a Tri Tip in the fridge getting all happy with T's BBQ Savor. Gonna cook it in my TBE.

This will be cooked on Thursday as tomorrow is SWMBO birthday and we are going out for dinner this year. (first time in 10 years...she said I need a break)

I know what I will be having for lunch on Friday and Saturday.
