I had not smoked a fattie for quite a while, so here goes.
Of course You need something to wrap it in.
A pound of thin sliced bacon.
A pound of GB, 1/2 pound of sausage, & various seasonings.
Sauteed onions, mushrooms, peppers, & lots of cheese.
A generous coating of Bourbon chipotle rub.
Into the GMG Davy Crockett @250° for about three hours.
Rest for ten minutes, & ready to slice.
