I'm trying to find out how to do ribs in the regular big easy. I've been looking on the site and google but most info is for the SRG or no info on the cook itself. I don't ahve rib hooks so i was either going to hang them from skewers laid across the top or just put them on the racks.
I'm just wondering how long to cook them for and if there's anything you do to them before, or in the middle of the cook. I only have the meat thermometer that came with TBE so I don't think that'll really work too well on the ribs.
