30 lbs of Pork Butt
« Reply #-1 on: March 07, 2018, 01:40:37 PM »
It was my son's bday last month and every year for his bday I make a large batch of pulled pork and we do pulled pork sliders for everyone.

I recently upgraded the heating element on my Bradley to 900watt and got an Auber PID, so I was curious to see how it would perform with a large load of meat.

I was very happy to see temp maintain and for them to take significantly shorter time than before.

Pork Butts where rubbed with molasses ans Seasoned with Butt Rub.

First two Butts where done after 21 hours and the last 2 after 24 hours, all went into FTC for 6 hours.  Here is one of them out of the FTC

This was the first time using the tool for my drill to pull the pork butt apart, I was amazed with how easy it is.  only took about 20-30 seconds for each Pork Butt instead of me pulling with my bear claws.
