ABT's In The Bradley
« Reply #-1 on: March 11, 2018, 07:14:51 AM »
Had some filling left over in the freezer so picked up a package of Jalapenos and made a some ABT's this afternoon. Used the bradley smoker this time. Love the smell of these things.

I actually prefer this time of the year for smoking. Temps around 35-45F is perfect, no flies or mosquitoes to bother you. My bradley has the double element heater so it heats up fast. And yes cold smoking cheese is a lot easier when the temps are down.

Those look great.

Thanks, I just had enough mix left over from the last time I made them so five peppers was just right. I did them a little different this time by adding meat mix to one half and adding the cream cheese to the other half and wrapping the whole pepper in bacon. Used a extra hot mixture of Jans rub on the outside. Very tasty.
