Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin In The Bradley Smoker

Ingredients

.1 Pork tenderloin
.Chopped mushrooms
.Chopped green onions
.chopped sweet red peppers
.1 TPS of minced garlic
.Your choice of cream cheese
.Cubed smoke cheese of your choice
.About 12 slices of bacon

Bradley smoker
260F till IT of 160 and crisp bacon
