I wanted wings last night so I fired up the Blackstone flat top.
Wings were just sprinkled with Spog and then onto the griddle.
Cooked on low (with a dome) for about 30 minutes, flipping every 5 min.
I removed the dome for the last 10 minutes.
At the end I splashed a bit of Worcestershire sauce on & then sprinkled with Frank's hot seasoning.
For the spuds I thawed some frozen crinkle cut fries & cut them into nuggets.
Then I added diced onion, banana pepper, & SPOG.
About 30 minutes on medium low.
Nice simple meal.
Wings could have used a bit more Franks.
