After cooking last night I had some breading left over ( 50/50 almond flour and parmesan cheese with salt and parsley)
So I looked for something I could use it on and foune pepperoni! Kimmie looks at me like I lost my mind
So I gave it a try, dang good but need to use egg wash not oil and need to put in fridge for an hour to set up the breading.
