A couple of weeks ago I did 100 lbs of pork butts for Wendys oldest daughters wedding. I was a bit surprised when Wendy asked for pulled pork for supper this morning. Off to Goodwins market I go (down by the Lake) and found a small pork butt.
Rubbed it with wooster and Texas BBQ Rub Original and onto the PBC. No time for an offset..darn near noon time. I put in the grate (just in case)

Wrapped it in foil after the 3 hour mark. Added some Colorado Kool-aid before I rapped it up.

After 2 more hours it is all ready

Tasty looking sammies Smoke!

Two of those are plenty for me but more of the beer!!! Don
-
Looks good, but two would be enough for me
-
Man that looks good. I've only done one pork butt so far on the PBC, due for another one real soon. When I did mine I never crutched it, just moved it to the grate at 165 and took it off at 203, best pulled pork I've ever had.
-
Lookin' good, Smoke.
Just curious, about how small was the butt?

About a 5 lber if I recall. Still had plenty of leftovers.
Here is my cheesy pulled pork omelette for breakfast today.

I will be on the lookout. That's a nice size for a small gathering, plus, the cooktime is more reasonable.

Wendy's Mom and Sister are coming to visit next weekend and we are going to do another pork butt when they are here and I am already planning on another omelet or two :P :P

That looks outstanding. I love left over pulled pork for all kinds of stuff.

Well buddy I've already taken a small pkg. of PP out of the freezer for Sunday's PP omelets! I hope they end up looking 1/2 as nice as yours!
-
They will. Wendy fried em up a bit to get the pp warm. Don't forget your Mexican 3 cheese blend to toss on top and inside ;)
-
Thanks buddy for watching my back! ;)
