made some skirt steak marinaded in Dale's and rubbed with Weber Carne Asada. Sausage is just hot italian sausage.

it was all on the grate. I can't remember how long the sausage was on for but the skirt steak was 3 minutes per side. I did have the coals screaming hot with 4 chunks of hickory on top which was flaring up pretty good to give a nice char on the meat
