I have experimented with a lot of rubs, but I have settled on just 2 rubs for everything. For brisket, ribs, chicken, turkey, and pork, I use Southside Market Original BBQ rub. For steaks and hamburgers, I use Southside Market's Smoked Steak rub. They come from Elgin, TX. That is the same rub I used for the briskets at all the Gatherings.
