Hope everyone had a nice long weekend holiday. Made a quick cook of ribs and chicken. Decided to try the famous Memphis Dust rub. Even cutting the quantities in half it yields a lot of rub. I didn't think I would like this since it had a weird smell but it turned out quite tasty. I cut the rack in half and used it on the 4 bone in the lower part of the photo. I will alternate MD with my regular rub
