Start out at 275F and finish at 325F. Watch it until it is done to your liking.
Convetion oven works best.

Not familiar with" super pig" I'm sure it some sort of seasoning, that's some of the best bacon I've ever seen! :)

**Bacon tip, if it starts frozen or semi frozen the bacon doesn't curl as much**

ohh yeah! Super Pig BLTs have scored me some points with company many times over. i will try again at recommended temps in this discussion. 275 - 325 heat, specifically.
