Since we have been back from the Ky ( http://www.bbqontheriver.org/ ) kimmie has beg me to make Saber4's beef jerky
So while we were shopping at Costco the other day I found what looked to be a good choice of beef for jerky
Price seemed good and I'm ready to get outside and do something, so jerky is ON!
Will post results when finished

Recipe is.....
12 oz Smoking Gun jerky marinade
3 oz Chipotle Mustard Fusion
2 Tbls Lemon or Lime Juice
1 tsp Cure # 1 (Note that I adjusted cure for this recipe since there was 3.9 lbs and this recipe is for 5 lbs)
Marinade for 24 hrs before dehydrating

Just pulled out not to bad, but Saber4 makes better. I think it is a tad over done but the Bradley was having a hard time keeping a steady temp.
They look dry but not as bad as the image makes them look
next batch will be a lot better since I know what to do now
