Been playing with the idea of bread starters both natural and fast acting yeast. So Friday I ot a chance to make my first pizza with the new recipe.
All I can say is WOW this is as close to real bread taste and very close to the texture I'v been lookinf for. It's really close and only way to describe it would be like Domino's crust (real close)
I'll do a few more cooks to get the recipe down before I post it. I want it right before anyone trys it
Now this was baked in an Air Fryer so the bottom didn't get as crisp as I wanted it to but next try in the oven should help this out

Depending on the carb count, I'd be willing to learn how to bake just for some occasional cheat meals ... I'm enjoying reading about your experiments.

If I did the math right and I think I did its 8 to 9 carbs total (Now there was no sauce on this one ) so if you added sauce it would be closer to 14 or 15 carbs for an 8 1/2 inch pizza

I don't see any modes to the air fryer yet?. Lol. Pizza looks good.

Under 20g net carbs for a personal pizza and you're definitely talking my language. Nice work, Tommy ... once you publish the recipe I'll give it a whirl.
