Kimmie found a basic alfredo sauce and I tweeck it a tab ;)
2 Tbs butter (salted)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Lb raw shrimp
4 oz cream cheese
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup shaved parmesan
Melt butter, heavy cream and cream cheese stir till smooth then mix in salt, garlic powder, pepper and basil. Should thicken a bit then add shrimp cook till done
Now as for spaghetti squash, I cut a large yellow one in half cook in micrwave (each half 8 mins) remove and add squash to the mix and eat

That looks really good. I will have to give it a try. We eat a spaghetti squash about once a week. Usually get two or three different meals from one. Kerry will make me serve it seperate so she can measure out the sauce. She counts out everything...

Never thought to add cream cheese to Alfredo. I've always done it with just butter, cream, and parm.
Will have to give it a try.
