I got a Nikon D3300 at Sams the other day. So i'm posting some pics to see how the look here.
The used my coffee rub on a filet tail. Then put a little smoke on it, I had to much heat and it was a little tougher than it should have been. But it tasted great.
Anyway lets see how these look.

Terry, that new camera is working great. It makes that filet look delicious.

Pictures look good!
All my pictures are from my cell phone.
My new Galaxy S5 has a 16MP camera and takes really good pictures for a phone ;)

Great looking cooking Terry! Congrats on your new camera. You can't go wrong with a Nikon! I shoot
with the Nikon D7000 and I have several lenses. BUT, just like in cooking where it's the cook not the cooker, the
same goes with the camera, it's the person behind the lens!

Nice pics Terry...how did you post them?
I resized them on my PC and then I used the " attachment and other options" link on here. Then pulled them from my pics after that. I have done this since I started way back on the other forum. I guess I need to get the photo bucket thing going.

Your pictures look great and the food is also.
Thats a very good camera. I bought the Nikon D5100 a couple of years ago. Never really got to use all the options but now that I am retired I have started to play with it. I love the photo bracketing option. (takes more than one photo at different exposures) You than run it through software to blend it.
I saw a mushroom growing from a stump this morning and thought here is a chance to play :D
