A 6 pound roaster that was halved and seasoned with Zero to Hero.

After seeing Old Dave’s mac n cheese (http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=15470.0) I decided to give it a try. The only change I made to it was I used my
smoked extra sharp cheddar and smoked Colby/Monterrey jack cheeses.

I am using the PBC with a chunk of pecan and a chunk of cherry. I used the lighter fluid method to start the fire.

Here’s my plate! I used a 50/50 mixture of Granny’s BBQ sauce and Sparks Fly sauce on my sandwich.

Love the Lumberjack pellets. My favorite is MHC (maple, hickory, cherry). Besides straight cherry the other one I like is OHC (oak, hickory and cherry).
