Pit Barrel Lasagna?  Doesn't make any sense but I tried it, you can get the same results in the oven, just tried it because I could. Lol, :)

Can you get a little charcoal smoke taste in the Lasagna? That might be a nice touch....

Can you get a little charcoal smoke taste in the Lasagna? That might be a nice touch....

With it covered for most of the cook, no not any smoke flavor, if you left it uncovered then the top would turn into a crust, looks good but to hard to eat, this was the second attempt with it covered for most of the cook first cook uncovered and the top turned to a brown dried out crust.  :)

Yep...that does make sense Tom...Wonder if increasing the liquid ratio would help?
