Title: Ham in the PBC

Has anyone done a ham in there PBC? Im thinking of doing one for Easter. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks Kona. I had seen that. I was wondering anyone was using a glaze or anything similar.

I picked up a ham yesterday and plan on doing it according to the PBC site and see what happens. This will be my first attempt. The ham came with a glaze in a separate packet which I'll probably brush on in the last few minutes

This looks pretty good glaze wise. He's not doing it on the PBC but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be hard to do. Or maybe I just like bourbon too much. Haha.

Did the ham for Easter with a sugar honey glaze. Turned out juicy and tender. Cooked to temp of 135. Even my mother in law who is suspicious of anything smoked loved it.

I made one as well but made the mistake and didn't notice I bought a spiral cut...never do that again

That does look good !!! Most people pull at 140 degrees, but like you I pull mine at 135 ,,,sometimes 130.
