Title: Chicken 1/4's and italian sausage

Seen this on you tube where a guy did chicken 1/4's and sausage on a pit barrel with skewers and thought I would try it, ate the chicken today and will eat the Italian sausage tomorrow. had 2 other sausages that i put on the other skewer.

Looks good. If you don't mine me asking how long did it take to cook and how open did you have the lid?

I think it was about 1 1/2 -  2 hrs. didn't crack the lid but next time I will to crisp up the skin.
