I just followed Amber's directions. Next time I might foil them halfway through the cook to tenderize them ;)

Compared to pork ribs do you feel you get your money’s worth? I’ve noticed that beef ribs do cost a bit more and the amount of meat that you get isn't as much as with pork ribs.

Pork ribs hands down are a better value. Beef ribs do cost more and are very fatty. There is something about beef ribs however that grabs at your inner caveman ;)

Value or not, I'll take beef ribs every time.
