Today was a simple spare rib cook in the pbc with only "Slap ya mama" rub. 3 hours set it and forget it. Can't make it any easier. They were the best ribs I think I ever made.

Nice! I will have to try SYM with ribs the next time on PBC. Great color!

Those hooks in the picture are from a Pit Barrel Cooker. If you have got one yet - I highly recommend them. Great cookers. Set and forget.
