Unicorn Cook
« Reply #-1 on: July 04, 2013, 01:15:03 AM »
Made a very simple chicken cook on the PBC tonight. Bought a 5# chicken and split in half. Coated with Hellman's Original Mayonnaise. Then dusted with Way Out West Rub. Hung on the hooks after letting the charcoal get ready for 20 minutes. Hung the chicken halves and let them go for 2 hours. Pulled (btw - I lost my hook puller... yikes!) The bones pulled right out - perfect. Wonderful chicken as always.

No pictures... the camera is being goofy - some error code I have to look up!

But if you have a PBC - you KNOW how good this looks. If you DON'T have a PBC - well you should get one!

David

You had me at mayo.  No pics necessary when there is mayo.  Where most use the "bacon makes everything better" line, I use "mayo on damn near everything I cook" method.
