Been wanting to re-do the Lavish bread pizza recipe and booy I got it down SO FAR!
I preheated a vented pizza pan to 425 for 10 mins so I can crisp up the middle of the bread. Last time it was mushy
and I was not happy with it
So this cook I took the bread added cheese to it folded it in half then added cheese and pepperoni and Italian seasonings
Turned the oven down to 350 and placed the bread on the preheated pan and cooked for 11 mins really turned out good!
Although I did not use sauce this cook I feel it won't hurt the crust next try since I will put the sauce on top of the cheese instead of the bread where it did cause an issue
