I went steelhead fishing the other day and brought home a couple of winter steelhead. The first night I cooked on the BBQ with alder smoke like a typically do and was really good. But wanted to try something different for the 2nd night, so my wife made steelehad risotto and it was very good.

I would love that!! The creaminess of the risotto looks fantastic.
My wife, not so much. The only way she likes steelhead/salmon is when I fix gravlax.
