I tried...but just like my re-fried beans, they keep falling thru the grate...... :D :D :D :D O.K. - sorry...I could not help it.

But what are we calling "poor man's" burnt ends?. We do burnt ends with any cut of beef or pork.....

I believe the poor mans version is using chuck roast

Makes sense, since I have always called chuckies a poor mans brisket  ;)

how are you making them on the pbc? i want to give them a whirl without having to cook a brisket.

I've seen some follow this recipe even though it's a different cooking device. I know I've smoked chuck roast for pepper stout beef and it turns out great smoking the chuck on the PBC.
