Title: A little turkey in July

I just wish i could have found a fresh one instead of frozen. Still great just not as moist. Seasoned it up with blacks bbq seasoning and mesquite chips

I always brine my turkeys for 24 hours which adds a lot of moisture to the cooked bird.
