Title: Turkey tenderloin
Post by: PBC Ellis on August 18, 2016, 03:19:01 PM
Has anyone tried to cook a Turkey tenderloin on the PBC?  If so your thoughts (and prayers) are welcome.

PS - I am probably going to cook it after putting my first brisket into the cooler.

Done a turkey Breast, but not a turkey tenderloin, done a pork tenderloin turned out just fine. I would imagine that you could hang it or put it on the grate.  Maybe wrap it in bacon?  :)

Here it is with the seasoning and wine.  Hung for an hour and twenty with coals in their 7th hour (after cooking a brisket)  Came out excellent (brisket too).
