I'm looking to get a bluetooth thermometer and was curious what kind everyone uses. I know you don't really need one with the PBC but it would be nice if it's raining like it was a couple of weeks ago with no cover to get under!

it's not blue tooth, but as far as I can get from the grill/smoker it works great

Maverick has a new, longer radio range, 4 probe. I bought one through Adrenaline BBQ - they just released this. $80.

I use the iGrill mini for food temps and run the app on my iphone. Has worked well

I've previously owned both the Maverick ET-732 and the iGrill2 (pre-Weber buyout) and liked them both. The Maverick was solid but was prone to limited range from my patio area inside to the bedroom. The iGrill wasn't too shabby, but the probes back then were stupidly expensive and I did suffer a few drops.
If you're not married to Bluetooth or RF, I think that a WiFi enabled therm is the way to go. The Meater is both bluetooth and WiFi (though I haven't owned one), as is the new iGrill3. If you're looking for a "Cadillac" model, I think the Fireboard, Tappacue, and Thermoworks Smoke (if you buy the WiFi Gateway) all are rugged and have great extended functionality (including graphing your cooks).
I purchased the base Fireboard package, along with a couple of extra probes and and completely satisfied with it. I've found it to be dead solid accurate when I calibrated it and it provides enough data points to drown my BBQ geek nature.
