Super Bowl Cook - Wings and Brats

Went with the basics for the Big Game. Brats and Wings.
Cooked the brats first on the grate with the rods in. They cooked faster than I expected (30 minutes total cooking time) so I overcooked them a little bit. But they were still juicy and had a wonderful smoky flavor. I'll be doing brats again with a little bit cooler fire next time...
Prepped the wings with some Savor Spices Fine Swine & Bovine rub, in the fridge overnight. Another dusting right before they went on the fire. My fire stalled a little bit, but it's really easy to get it going again, just cracked the lid and ten minutes later back up to temp. Followed Noah's wing video pretty much exactly. KC Masterpiece and Sriracha sauce was hot and sweet, nice carmelized flavor. I kept a few of the wings dry. FS&B seasoning was awesome. Pics below...

We didn't have anything like that at the SB party I attended. I like your choice of groceries better!

Mmm-mmm... those wings look mighty fine. I need to try a BBQ/Sriratcha sauce combo.
