Some PBC Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: April 07, 2018, 07:58:20 PM »
Just another rack of awesome PBC ribs! I think this is going to be my preferred method from now on. I've been smoking them till done, no more wrapping and no saucing. I like being able to use multiple sauces if I want on the side. These were perfectly tender.

You did a great cook, they look delicious.  I don't wrap and I don't cook with sauce on.  I do put sauce on the side to use as much as wanted.  It looks like you cook on the grate vs the hang method?

You'll get no argument from me... unless you don't pass me a few of them bones!

Those are some gorgeous looking ribs!

Those were exactly 4 hours. They were more meaty near the top so they took a bit longer
