Smoked Jalapeno Dip
« Reply #-1 on: May 28, 2018, 05:34:22 PM »
I'm a huge fan of Jess Pryles recipes and this one is no different. Tried this for the first time, her smoked jalapeno dip and holy shit it's addictive! I'd make two batches if you attempt it. The recipe said to slice the jalapenos in half and removing the membrane/seeds before smoking (seeds get bitter). I found it easier to smoke them whole then removing after. I attempted to do it in halves first and they shriveled up to nothing in no time (I wasn't paying close attention). I'll definitely make this again.
