You guys saw the Festival Squash we got at an Amish farm market during our recent trip.

We also picked up this huge head of cabbage, the size of a basketball, for ONLY a $Buck!   ???

Tent..my Romanian grandma made them..I grew up on them and they are fabulous. I learned to recreate them. You layer sauerkraut in between the layers of cabbage rolls and then cover them with ham skins and cook them in a roaster until done. I usally make 75ish at a time and would need more cabbage..the big ones work the best. Lots of work but who cares. did I mention they are fabulous with the other Romaian food I make like grandma made. Hungarian style has tomatoes in it, Romanian doesn't.  I am the only one left to make this stuff.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
