I'm back in Salt Lake City at the <a href="http://redrockbrewing.com/">Red Rock Brewery</a> enjoying a <a href="http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1412/53370/">Rauchbier</a>, love the smoked flavor of this beer, would go great with pulled pork.

Had a great time, got in one round of golf while Mrs. LVC was at work and visited my favorite microbreweries in SLC.  Tomorrow I drive back home to Vegas.  ;)
