Title: How about some bacon wrapped tater tots?

Post by: ACW3 on July 24, 2014, 05:53:04 PM: I made those a number of years back (on a different forum) and was credited with naming them "TOINKS". They are good. Easy to make. My wife even thought they would be great as a part of a breakfast buffet. To me, anytime, anyplace would be fine.

At what temp do you cook them and for how long? What cooking unit/pit/oven/etc did you use?

You can cook them on anything, I made some on indirect Weber, SRG and BEESR, let potatoes thaw a bit so potatoes cook good, and cook till bacon is how you like it. This is a copycat recipe but it works. Sausage gravy works well here too, just dip'em and throw down your throat. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Just pour the gravy right on top of Mount Tater and watch it ooze down
