The built in pit at the Gathering (Central Christian Church Recreation Area) near Augusta, Ga. is set up with the same kind of pit for this type of chicken cook. It would probably do several hogs at one time as well on the other end of the pit.
Be nice if we could get enough people to come to the Gathering to justify cleaning and firing up this wonderful pit.
