Title: Chicken Sous Vide

Today i made chicken breast sous vide .
2 with a spicy rub and 2 with a Greece rub .
2 hours in 149 f .finished it on the griddle
side dish wash cabbage cooked with tomatoes .
the chicken was very very moist .

Nice!  Those look tasty.  I have that sous vide really helps with chicken breasts to keep them moist and give them more flavor.

Delicious looking chicken Ahron! You can't beat Sous Vide chicken breasts. They come out so juicy and tender!
