Title: Deer tenderloin and burnt ends

A friend of mind handed me a bag full of venison and said "Here cook it"  So I did... ;)
Bacon and tender loin

Here is the Burnt ends of the thread.  Rolled them in CYM and M3 then on the Frog Mats for a few hrs
Did have 1/2 lb of bacon mixed in for fat

Was a tad dry but burnt ends should be that way.  Not bad at all, will find out Monday how my friend likes them

In the first pic the tenderloin looks like beef tongue.
