I'm a late 50's empty nester who's been cooking outdoors for almost 40 years.
Learned on homemade 55 gal barrel grills.
For years my only cooker was a CB-940.
Now between home & hunting camp (LostArrow) I have access to & use many different cookers
I use a large stick burner , both Horizonal & vertical charcoal smokers , charcoal grills, gas grills,
Electric smoker, & couple types Big Easy's.
I have homemade cookers, Char-Broil , Weber, Vermont Castings etc.
I'm NOT dogmatic , there are lots of ways to skin a cat!
Lucy my "guardian of the grill"

LA glad you made it! As soon as things wind down a bit then I can get on and post. Thanksgiving was good till we had to go to the hospital with Kimmie's dad. His blood pressure shot well above normal 198 over 88 or something like that I couldn't get a good answer
Anyway all is looking better so things here should be normal real soon

Glad to have you here LA! and especially your mascot! ;D I will set up a category for our personal mascots and furry friends, that are our sous chefs, and often food critics ;)
