Title: Beef ribs on the Green Egg

I stocked up on some charcoal today so I did some beef ribs, rubbed with olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning

I love beef ribs. Whenever they are on sale we grab some. More bones than meat but oh so good......and yours looks good  :P

Love beef backs (even more than shorts for flavor).  Nice job.
