Title: chorizo omelette

Sunday morning breakfast chorizo omelette .
for the omelette
3 eggs
fresh cream ,salt ,black pepper .
filling
pickle jalapenos relish
feta cheese
mozzarella cheese
Spanish chorizo
for the sauce
1 chopped onions fried
1 can of tomato is
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Ancho Chile Pepper powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sriracha powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander powder .

simmer the sauce till it  will thicken

Oh boy, that DOES look good. I agree some taters would be nice... but I would take that any morning (afternoon, or dinner!)
