Title: The freezer was bare.. Had to improvise

Got home from the trailer after a 3 day weekend. Not much in the way of protein to cook. Had 2 lbs of ground chuck.

Also had a jar of Graces jerk seasoning.. Added 3 big tbs to the beef

Ground up some veggie thin crackers for a binder

Mixed the meat up well with my Kitchen aid

Smoked for 20 mins and finished at 400 till done

I'd say that was a great way to improvise!  I'll take some of everything, please. 

Heck, I'll even take Muebe's peas...  provided they were fresh/frozen before being cooked.  Canned peas are where I draw the line.  :P
