Been on the road a lot and weekends at the trailer so not much time to cook or post.
As summer comes to a wind up here I wanted to to make something good on my Mak.
Took some jerk rub

Mixed with Evoo and rubbed some chicken breasts

Smoked at 245 and bumped up to 375 after 30 mins

Julienned some peppers and onions.. Added some butter

Diced up the chicken

Added the chicken to the pepper mix

1 tbs of jerk rub with a half cup of water and rendered down

Tortilla with some sharp cheddar

Dang, you're making this newbie drool. A whole new world is opening up to this old man. Lovin my GMG-Daniel Boone so far (one cook of 3 Baby Backs this Labor Day) Rave reviews on them.
I had done a lot of smoking Ribs, Pork Butts, etc on the old Chargriller but I think I'll like this much better. I'm going to keep all the other grills, though. Good advice from some on this Forum
