Roasted chicken quarters at 425ºF on my MAK 2 Star for about 45 minutes till the IT reached 180ºF. The skin came out exceptionally crisp and delicious. Yummy Yum Yum !!!

Placed them on a rack inside a formed foil pan to keep MAK clean and chicken out of it's own grease. Worked out beautifully.

Looking good SP. But I hate cleaning those racks

I used a small rack Pappy and sprayed it with a non-stick spray. The clean up was simple  8)
