I just did an interview yesterday with KSCO radio for my book, The Wood Pellet Smoker & Grill Cookbook. The interview is about 20 minutes long. Here is the direct link to the episode for those who might be interested:

My part of the interview is from 19:55 minutes to 41:00 minutes. It's a radio station in Santa Cruz, California and the program is called "Flavors". The hosts are a husband and wife team, Greg & Marleen. They really made me feel welcome. Check it out ... I think you might get a kick out of it ...  8)   8)
