Title: Don't try PSB if you don't want to get hooked

I have seen Pepper Stout Beef cooks posted here over the years, most recently from Kona, and read all the high praise and wondered… can it really be that good with these simple ingredients?  Well, there is no more wondering.  It is that good.

If you haven’t tried this you should consider it.  It will be repeated many times in this house.

Very nice job! That's some fine sandwiches tthat are made with PSB!   I need to make this more often.

I have also done it with a pork butt and did green and yellow and red peppers...............so goooooood  :thumbup:
