Title: Wings on the Weber

Wings were seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria rub. Put in the Weber, using the Slow n Sear
and the Drip n Griddle. Burning Kingsford Blue with a small chunk of applewood. Served with Cheesy
Potato Broccoli casserole and corn.

That's one winner of a cook!  Those wings look all around awesome, and you have the right amount of cheese to  broccoli!

It really didn't change the cook other than keeping the bottom of my grill grease less.  I know when I use it under the grill rack it helps direct the airflow to the Slow n Sear which has extremely helped on temperature control.
